Helping people nurture their potential

Chloë's work with people affected by many kinds of challenges has inspired a keen interest in resilience. She believes that a supportive therapeutic setting can help people nurture their potential.

Chloë's strength is working alongside her clients in a process of discovery and shared learning about the presenting difficulties. This gives space for recognising abilities, developing new ways of coping and problem-solving, and building hope for the future.

Chloë has experience in helping people recover from anxiety, mood difficulties, relationship challenges, perfectionism, life stage changes, grief, and trauma.

Chloë is also experienced in helping individuals who are experiencing hallucinations and psychotic disorders. She works with diverse people across the lifespan, especially young adults and those with long-term mental health difficulties.

Chloë is an Applied Mindfulness Practitioner and her daily mindfulness practice motivates her passion for working with people with empathy, curiosity, and creativity.  She is adept at helping people develop mindfulness skills that add richness to relationships, self-awareness, compassion for self and others, and optimism for life’s challenges.
