Lee’s own challenges and substantial life experience have brought a depth of character and deep compassion, that has also taught him that strength can be unlocked when one works through one’s struggles. Lee’s focus is therefore on overcoming old patterns of thinking that may be holding you back and discovering your strengths and resilience. Tanya is an experienced Psychologist of 20 years, having worked with a broad range of clients both in Australia and overseas. Her work experience and her extensive life experience contribute to her qualities of deep compassion, insight and genuine, effective care.

Tanya is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, (EMDR), and Dialectal Behavioural Therapy, (DBT), and uses a variety of other modalities to assist her clients build resources to address the difficulties they are experiencing.

Professor Russell brings a wealth of experience in psychology and academia. His illustrious career includes being Director of Clinical Programs (Psychology), Head of a Psychology Department as well as Associate Dean of Psychology at different universities where he has taught not only the theory but the praxis of psychology to countless students up to doctoral level. He has also practised in private practice through the years both in Adelaide and interstate.


Russell is a supportive therapist with a calm and thoughtful manner. He is a seasoned psychologist and a sympathetic listener. Russell is highly skilled in many spheres and aspects of psychology, he has published in the fields of inter alia pain, emotional abuse and neglect, child sexual abuse and child protective practices, hypnosis, pain, and self-efficacy. Russell is both a clinical and forensic psychologist.

Yeeling holds a Master's degree in Health Psychology and as such has a special interest in the body-mind connection. Skilled in helping clients of all ages, Yeeling has a particular affinity for young people and teenagers. Yeeling’s multilingual ability sets her apart. She is fluent in English, Chinese-Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and can also communicate in Australian Sign Language (Auslan) at a beginner’s level. Yeeling is also particularly well suited for helping international students with difficult emotions as they adjust to Australian society.


Yeeling utilises CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema-informed therapy, Compassion-focussed Therapy and Attachment Based Therapy in her clinical practice.

Dr Marie is our principal psychologist and she has been in private practice for the past 23 years. She has vast experience in helping people overcome inner obstacles to happiness. Marie has a special interest in neuroplasticity and unlocking the power of the mind to change the brain for the better, leading to potentially better mood, relating patterns, peace and joy. She is a certified neuro-psychotherapist. Marie also teaches Mindfulness and meditation which she has found to be very effective for a wide variety of challenges.


Utilising Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Depth Psychology with a practical Cognitive Behavioural approach, Marie believes that therapy is about growing and doing things better.
