Therapy Your Way

Telehealth is psychological therapy offered through phone, tablet or computer. Research has shown it to be at least as effective as in-person therapy, and it provides many benefits in terms of convenience and accessibility.

Whether you are busy, far away, have mobility issues or transportation constraints, seek privacy or simply prefer to do therapy from the comfort of your own home, office or space, consider telehealth as either your preferred mode of therapy, or as an adjunct to in-person sessions as required.

Telehealth has the benefit of fitting into your life. All you need is a private place to be. No need to drive, park or take any extra time from your day.

Happily, Medicare now also provides rebates for Telehealth sessions for those on a Mental Health Care Plan, and so does many of the private health funds. It couldn't be easier!
