Solution Focussed and Client-Centred

Alex is a supportive therapist and and sympathetic listener. He is able to listen attentively, quickly reach the heart of the matter, and provide sound guidance and strategies for overcoming challenges.

Alex works collaboratively with his clients to foster understanding into the roots of their current challenges. This is where Alex brings his talent for providing tools, strategies and solutions that can lead to healing.

Alex helps his clients to build inner resources such as resilience, asking for help from others as needed, emotional regulation, cultivating a calmer and wiser state of mind, and effective coping strategies when under pressure.

The goal in therapy is not just to overcome challenges, but also achieving, and sustaining, desired inner and outer changes. This means that Alex also aims to provide his clients with the tools to weather future challenges.

He helps foster smoother relationships between people; provides therapy for broken hearts, life challenges and difficult pasts and presents, and helps to foster greater resilience and future well-being.
